Maria DaSilva is the owner and landlord of a two-bedroom condo unit located at 203-35 Clark Boulevard in Brampton. The property address is 303-35 Clark Boulevard, Brampton Ontario L6T 3T4. The landlord's phone number is 416-655-3366.

The tenants rent the unit for $1,100.00 a month due on the 1st of every month. The landlord resides directly above the tenants rental unit. The tenants of unit 203 area Mark and Christina Doan. The tenants have been residing in the unit for two years (count two years from today's date and note it here: ).

The landlord has stated that the tenants have not paid their rent for four months (counting from today's date). The landlord has collected a rental deposit of $1,100.00 from the tenants when they initially moved in two years ago.

The tenants have loud fights, which can be heard in the landlord's unit. The landlord has approached the tenants regarding the noise issue, however the tenants become aggressive and threatening.
