Maria Maria is a 15-year-old female who was born in the United States and has lived in Texas her entire life with her parents. Maria is a talented artist and sells her paintings in local restaurants. In January 2020, Maria's parents were arrested by ICE for illegally residing in the United States and were deported back to Mexico. Maria was with her parents when they were arrested and was detained in a detention center for one week until her aunt, who is a United States Citizen, claimed her.
