2. Julie has an appointment with her optometrist. They advised Julie to make an appointment to see an ophthalmologist for her cataracts.

3. The urologist and gynecologist informed May that she will need an endoscopy to determine her diagnosis.

Plain language to medical terminology.

1. Janet has a heart condition. She routinely sees her heart doctor. She also had high blood pressure. Recently, Janet has had low blood sugar and is now being referred to a doctor who specializes in blood sugar problems.

2. Bob has inflammation of the stomach. He has to see a stomach specialist. He has to have some of his stomach removed. Bob has to have some tests performed before his surgery. He has to have a record of his heart electricity done. Bob is afraid he may have stomach cancer.
