1. Mei Mei who is 13 years old ordered bomboloni cakes through Facebook apps called Bombolonis Magic Taste on “Cash on Delivery”. The runner of Bombolonis Magic Taste delivered the cakes to Mei Mei house and he noticed that there is no adult there except Mei Mei and her little sister Pi Pi Zola. Mei Mei told the runner she cannot pay for the price because she doesn’t have money. Informing to Bombolonies Magic Taste, the business told to the runner just leave it to Mei Mei. At 8.00 pm, Bombolonies Magic Taste called Mei Mei’s number and speak with her parent.

3. Joseph who is Mei Mei father refused to pay the price of the cakes because it is the risk of Bombolonies Magic Taste to face the risk. Bombolonis Magic Taste then make a complaint at the Melaka Consumer Tribunal. Meanwhile Bombolonies Magic Taste’s manager had contact Zack who is a waterlily’s seller in Beijing to export the lotus seed because the company got ordered from Mandarin Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The Bombolonies with lotus seed flavour must be ready by 1st December 2022. Zack informed the manager that they manage to charter a ship named XYZ Logistics on 31st October 2022 and the order should be reached within 2 weeks. The manager agreed since because he believe there are still have time to manage the order before 1st December 2022.

5. On 25th November 2022, the contena full of lotus seed reached at Port Klang. However, when, the manager checked the lotus seeds’ packages, he found that most of the lotus seeds are damage and cannot be used to prepare a good taste and fresh bombolonies. The manager complained to Zack. Zack does not responsible to the damage and he told that the damage is not from the company. When the lotus seeds were send to XYZ Logistics the lotus seeds were in good condition. This matter was brought to the knowledge of XYZ Logisitcs’ director. The director told that they are not been informed by Zack that the lotus seeds must be stored in -2F. Zack and the manager cannot ask XYZ Logistics to responsible for the damage.
