Please complete the following:

1. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with a least five (5) levels of work packages for the case study project . Your WBS must contain product and project management work and comply to the conventions for WBS

2. Identify tasks for eight (8) work packages and create a Task Inventory for each work package

3. Create a network diagram with fifteen (15) tasks from question 2. Insert realistic estimated durations for each task in weeks and calculate the forward and backward pass, float and identify the critical path. Explain why it is the critical path

4. Crash the schedule completed in question 3 by 10% of the critical path using estimated crash costs and times. Identify the crash sequence. Explain whether the 10% crash is feasible
