The union has threatened to issue a labor strike for 80% of your employees, which will virtually halt production. In addition, your business has seen a dramatic decrease in business, which is hurting the entire company. Develop at least three courses of action you can take to deal with the union's demandswhile considering your company's financial health. What can you do ?
