Can someone please help me formulate a good response to (Discussion Post #1) following discussion posts with the discussion guidance below with at least two paragraphs of substantial information that carries the conversation forward. the posts were based off of the discussion guidance below.
Discussion Guidance:
There are numerous videos on group decision making available online. Some of them are very professional; others seem somewhat amateurish or are designed for or by high school students.
Do a search on YouTube for videos on group decision making or on specific group decision-making techniques discussed in the background materials. Choose a video you found to be very useful at explaining the techniques in the background materials, and another video that you found to be amateurish or not very useful.
Post the links and share with your classmates. Also, share with your classmates what you found useful and not useful about each video, and whether or not you recommend your classmates view the video to prepare for their written assignments.

Good afternoon class,
While I was doing research there was one video that kept re-appearing, " Group Decision Making Techniques" by Coach Alexander Lyon. I honestly avoided it at the beginning due to how long the actual video is (around 11 minutes long, you can't blame me). After it kept reappearing I decided to find a spot to get comfortable and push play, and thankfully I did, the video was incredibly informative! He uses verbiage that was easy to understand, however had a more mature tone throughout the video. This video was also easy to identify as a credible source due to the individual leading the page is a professor. Unfortunately, when researching Group Decision Techniques several animated videos appeared, while informative and easy to understand I felt like I was watching Nickelodeon Jr. and started spacing out.
As previously stated, there were numerous videos that were more animated and seemed to be more targeted to younger learners. The video I found to be extremely hard to watch was "Group decision-making Vs. Individual decision making.": by Keydos. While the video was informative it came off childlike with the animations and hand drawn facial expressions which made it difficult to take the information seriously. This video was also to identify if it was from a credible source. Even though both were informative I would say that the first video mentioned had a better impact with me.
