Michelle is working as a project manager for a disaster recovery and rescue operation of the Su Ao Port, Bureau of Keelung Port. The project will amplify the vigilance of all units against typhoons and ensure the completion of the deployment for storm preparation that involves taking precautions, and rescue and treatment of disasters in a timely manner. Presently, she is working with communications method, interpersonal and management skills as a part of stakeholder engagement. Which process is she utilizing now
