Mike was the landlord of a residential apartment building. He had an apartment in the building. Mike loved to barbecue on his second floor deck. His barbecue was the traditional type, it used charcoal. Often, the barbecue created sparks that would drift down to the ground, scattered in all directions by the wind. Mike sometimes commented on how beautiful the sparks were. Mike had a storage facility attached to the building. He kept his supply of July $4$th fireworks in it$.$ The roof of the facility was visible from the deck. The roof had many holes in it and it was not fireproof. One day, a spark from the barbecue drifted into the storage facility and started a fire. Soon fireworks were flying all over the place. This resulted in a fire that destroyed most of the contents in one of the tenants apartment.
