When the mobile phone gets a call for T$1$ seconds, the phone goes into active mode and consumes D Watts of dynamic power and L Watts of leakage power. When the phone call is complete, the phone goes into idle mode where it fully clock gates itself & consumes no dynamic power. It remains in this idle mode for T$2$ seconds. After T$2$ seconds, the phone's display switches off and phone goes into standby mode.
