Welcome to Module 4 of C12 - Business Law.

In Module 4 we will discuss criminal law sustainability, anti-trust consumers, and the protection of property and land use. You will study and analyze a written case. Module 4 covers the regulatory environment, and by the end of it, you will be able to explain how personal and real property law impacts business.

At the conclusion of this module , you should be able to:

  • Explain how personal and real property law impacts business.
  • Describe how regulations impact businesses.
