a) Name five competencies that all students should master by the time they graduate? Focus onbroader competencies (e.g., effective communication) rather than specific tasks or characteristics (e.g., being proactive in asking an instructor for help). Respond in a list format. Put them in order of importance with the first competency in the list (labeled #1), being the one you think is themostimportant competency a graduate should have. You do not need to explain your choices.

b) Do you think it would be a good idea for the University to use a competency model as a requirement to graduating? Why or why not? Explain in 2-3 sentences, minimum.

c) If the University were to employ a competency model, how would you suggest that they measure these competencies in each student (A multiple choice test, an interview, a review of their previous work, letters from professors, a survey, etc.)? Explain in 2-3 sentences, minimum.
