But it is not impossible after all; there is only need to be open minded, both in approaches and the employees so that culture shock does not affect business and work. First, there will be a need to train employees on issues to do with cultures, and more importantly how they can be exploited for business. To motivate the employees and the organization as a whole, there will be needed encouragement them that change is an opportunity to encounter new challenges, and grow on a global stage.
