Mr. Gajanan removed goods to be sold to Mr. Shankar for 20,00,000 on 3rd March, 2024. This was against the purchase order received from Mr. Shankar on 14th February, 2024. He made Invoice for the same on 10th March, 2024 and; against this transaction, credit period given was 1 month. Mr. Shankar made a delay in paying Mr. Gajanan. He paid on 3rd May, 2024. Hence, as demanded, along with payment of 20,00,000, he also paid an interest of 20,000 on said date.
