After 3 years, the scarcity of meat supplies had affected all restaurant all over the country because of the SWINE flue which leads to the high demand of meat products. At the peak months of restaurant operation of Mr. Arnold, the contract signed by both parties stipulates that continues supplies must be provided by the supplier in any quantity, any time any year. One busy restaurant operation day, Mr. Joshie fails to deliver a complete beef tenderloin where the order of the restaurant is 100 kilos. The delivered items weighs only 70 kilos, and there will be and event for the restaurant catering for 200 pax, and there are no alternative supplier available. From this scenario, 1. Explain whether there is a breach of contract that have been violated by Mr. Joshie as a supplier of the restaurant. 2. If breach of contract has been committed, what could be the possible legal actions/ sanctions that can be filed to mr. Joshie? 3.
