Mrs. Viviane CHIARA was elected, by the shareholders entitled to vote, as director of the corporation "The green renovations Inc., a company incorporated under the provincial law- BCA. This company was registered in the Enterprises Register on January 20^th, 2012. Following the examination of the research report obtained from the Enterprises Register, Mrs. CHIARA noticed that two annual update declarations are missing, namely the declaration for the year 2018 and the declaration for the year 2020.

Mrs. Chiara wants to know if, in this situation, the Enterprises Registrar can decide the cancellation of the registration of company.
