Ms Eidra Park (DOB 18 June 1980) inherited two plots of land from her grandmother, Mrs Soo-Ryun Park, who passed away in an aged care facility at Mildura in January 2022 at the age of 105. Eidra's late father was the only child who died along with her mother in a tragic car accident in 2005. After some negotiation with the local indigenous tribes, Eidra was able to secure their permission to transform Sandmere Park and the area around it into a wildlife sanctuary. You also discovered, to everyone's pleasant surprise, the title on the land had been converted to Torrens Title back in the 1990s when Mrs Soo-Ryun Park wanted to borrow some money for renovation. There are currently no encumbrances noted in the Certificate of Title. Shortly after Eidra became registered owner of Sandsmere, she received communication from a former school friend of her, Cecilia Dennison. In her email, Cecilia wrote about how she became friends with Mrs Soo-Ryun Park and stayed at Sandmere to look after both Mr and Mrs Park. She moved to Melbourne when Mrs Park moved to a retirement village and continued to visit her several times a week. Attached with the email was a voice recording file of a women's voice saying 'My name is Soo-Ryun Park, I am grateful of all the help Cecilia has given us over the years and I intend to gift her Sandmere to show my gratitude'. Eidra has admitted to you that the voice on the file sound like her grandmother's voice. Eidra claim to have no knowledge of the gift, but admitted to have had conversation with Mrs Park about the helpful Cecilia. According to Eidra, when she asked at the time (Mrs Park was already living in the retirement village by then), Mrs Park told her that she planned to gift

• Cecilia's lawyer advising her that they plan to launch a civil action to claim title to Sandsmere.
