My assignment is to select 1 country out of 5 countries for a Supplements Company (Vitamin Shoppe) to enter a new market.

These are the countries- Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Malaysia, Australia and Singapore.

I have Business Environment Risk Index factors given and I am trying to find out scores for each criteria.

There is one criteria that's confusing- Labour cost/productivity(this is clubbed together and not separate). I can find different data for each term but as a whole, how will I score it?

If I collect data for Labour Cost and productivity separate, how can I combine the score?
