My customer notifies me by an email that I and my team have to be present in their office next month for a live participation in project planning session and a set of trainings related to it. I have been working by T&M model and there's no internal budget allocated for this trip.
Task:
I need to give a response letter to my customer.
I want in my answer to explain that we don't have the internal budget, but I'm doubting if I can offer the client to cover some expenses? E.g. 50/50. Or to cover even all the 100%...And to write smth like:
"As this trip and meeting are very important for both of us, I will appreciate if you consider participation in covering the expenses. Maybe we can think over a compromise decision? "
Thank you!!
