My opinion is that Uber is a disruptive innovation. It has disrupted the taxi industry by creating a new and innovative way of getting a ride. Uber has also disrupted the transportation industry by creating a new and efficient way of getting around. One strategic problem faced by Uber is the regulation of its service. In many countries, taxi regulations are strict and require taxis to be licensed and insured. Uber has faced opposition from taxi companies and governments because it operates outside of these regulations. One suggestion for how Uber can tackle this strategic problem is to work with governments and taxi companies to create new regulations that allow for ride$-$hailing services like Uber. This would allow Uber to operate legally and safely while also providing a much needed service to consumers.
