Myra age 15 years old, stays with her uncle Jefri, who has been appointed as her guardian after Myra's parents passed away in the accident. Her late parents has nominated Myra as the beneficiary of the house that they bought in Langkawi Island.Jefri has a financial problem to settle his debt to Malaysia Bank Berhad and he concluded a contract to sell the house to his friend Nizam for RM300,000. Jefri told Nizam that Myra had appoint him as her agent to sell the house. Nizam paid RM30,000 deposit to Jefri but after a week, he met Myra at the shopping centre and he was shock to know that Myra had no intention to sell house in Langkawi. Advise Nizam.
