Name that tort!

1.Choose one of the torts from chapter7 of your text book.Your tort can be one of the several intentional torts described or it can be the unintentional tort of negligence.Without naming the tort, make up a scenario that fully illustrates the tort. You may be as creative and entertaining as you wish!Be sure to include facts that address each aspect of the tort so that other students have a chance of identifying it.Do not state which tort your scenario is intended to illustrate.

2.After you have posted your tort scenario, then choose the scenario of another student and guess which tort is illustrated by that student's scenario.Post a reply to that student (on his or her thread) identifying the specific tort in his or her scenario. Please answer the scenario of only one other student, and only if no one else has yet responded to that student. This is the only way that everyone will have a scenario to answer.

3.After a student has responded to your scenario, then post a reply to that student telling him or her if he or she was correct or not in guessing your tort.If the student didn't guess your tort correctly, then reconsider whether you included all the elements and enough facts.
