Situation Analysis of TransGlobal Airlines

In this performance analysis, we will use the data we collected to compare the

performance of Company A and Company B. We'll look at the opportunity costs and risks of

each firm in relation to TransGlobal Airlines' parent company. First, we'll examine TransGlobal

Airlines to identify the existing business climate, since this idea will reveal what TransGlobal

Airlines expects from the company they'll be buying.

Internal environment

TransGlobal Airlines has been the subject of much research, and we'd like to highlight some internal and external statistics. Starting from internal leadership, TransGlobal has a board ofdirectors and a leadership structure, which includes the president, executive vice president, chiefexecutive officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, sales vice president, departmentvice presidents, and subsidiaries. After a period of rapid expansion, the company implemented a strategic plan called SES. Finance is the core of business, so we make it a research priority. As a result, the company achieved amazing success. With sales growth in all regions except the Pacific region, we think this will be a priority area, especially since revenue has fallen by 5%. We hope to inject something into the companythat will help improve customer satisfaction through internal processes and operations. The current ticketing and reservation method is antiquated and needs to be updated to reflect modern technologies. With the use of smartphone applications, everything will be right in the palm of the customer's hand, enhancing customer happiness, retention, and new customer growth.
