Need help in rewriting this please in my own words

In this journal, I will create a SWOT analysis, reviewing my strengths, weakness, potential threats, and areas of opportunity. This journal will review my change readiness skills to manage and lead the organization in the course scenario.

Strengths

One of my strengths that supports my readiness for change is my communication skills. I

have for years been working on how I communicate and reevaluating to ensure it is effective.

Effective communication during change or any leadership situation needs to be clear and

concise. To effectively communicate, one also be an effective listener. During transformation,

one will come up against roadblocks, and understanding and hearing your team out will go a

long way in the process. Another strength that I have developed and keep working on as an

effective leader is a collaboration. I work with my team and others to ensure my team feels

empowered and heard. The benefit of a team is its diversity. Collaborating and working with

others will inspire other outcomes that maybe could have never happened if it was only the

leader's way.
