lnclusiveness Training Usefulness Process Knowledge Scans Per Minute An E-Leaming system from a reputable employee experience vendor. This E-Leaming system was customized to your organization for this trial training. The results of this training will be used to determine ifthe new training program is rolled out across all chains. The E- Leaming program consists of approximately 30 hours of video and text-based modules, and includes knowledge check quizes, information about the company culture, sexual harassment training, and safety training in addition to training on the con'ect processes for scanning and bagging items. Cun'ent training practice: The mutant training practice is entirely in person. Each employee is assigned a mentor, and the mentor is responsible for showing the new employee all of the pertinent information for the new employees first week. After that, the employee transitions to a cashier role, initially being scheduled for low volume days. A self-report measure of inclusiveness scored on a 1-10 scale with 10 being a more inclusive workpalce A self-report measure from employees having them rate the usefulness of the training program. Collected only after the training is completed A 10 question quiz employees must complete after their training. Employees must pass the quiz (8110) before being able to work a live shift, but employess can retake the quiz multiple times in a day. The quiz score is each employees' score the first time they took the quiz after their training week. After training new employees complete 5 mock scanning sessions (2-3 mins each). The scans per minute is each employees average scans duing these scanning sessions. Target scan time for employees is 22 scanslminute, with a minimum of 17 scansfminute
