Need help with Assumptions and Summary. Please help me. Database Model description (not a process narrative - you will be creating that): You will create an Entity Relationship diagram (ERD) from the database design model. This is not as easy as it sounds since while there may be a one-to-one correspondence between each database table and each entity in the ERD, the logical relationships between the entities in the ERD may well NOT be the same as those between the table in the database table - of necessity every DBMS can impose implementation constraints on inter-relationships that do not reflect the real life data structure relationships (i.e. exactly what an ERD tries to capture). You will attempt to write a case narrative that describes the data entities as well as the activities performed in this business situation as supported by the database (you can assume this database is in use by some kind of an organization) Based on the narrative you wrote you will now create a Swimlane diagram to describe the actors/roles and the flow of activities you have inferred. You then make a list of the assumptions (for each diagram) you have made about the case (for example ) as you developed these models and the case narrative. You will then make a list of follow-up question to ask users to fill in gaps in your knowledge about this case in the wake of creating your models. As a team you will check your work for logical consistency across the narrative and requirements models you have created, editing where necessary. In the Rapid City Bus Company many Drivers can be assigned to a Route and many Routes can be assigned to a Driver. Each Route may many Buses assigned to it but might not have any Bus assigned to it. Each Bus must be assigned to a Garage though a Garage could be empty or could service many Buses.
