Chapter 9 Lab

In this lab, you will prompt a user to enter a time in conventional time (12 hour with AM or PM). The program will convert and display the equivalent military time (24 hour) for each entry if it is a valid time. An error message must be printed to the console if the entry is not a valid conventional (12 hours) time.

You may use methods from the SimpleDateFormat class if you choose. Documentation for the SimpleDateFormat class can be found at the link below.

** so just a java program that ask for conventional time, and outputs the military time, while giving an error message if input time is incorrect
