NEED TO REPLY TO UNIT 5

The case that thought stood out the most was the case where a man sues himself for 5 million dollars for violating his own civil rights by being arrested. To me I believe you should know suing yourself is just a waste of time and pointless.The inmate used the fact that he was drinking as a reason. He stated that he violated himself by not sticking to his religious beliefs. This inmates goal was to have the state pay him the 5 million because there is no income in jail(press 95). This case was dismissed by the judge and I believe that was the right decision not only because its frivolous but the tax payers would end up paying that 5 million. If I were this client I wouldn't feel good about any part of this case.
