Now, brainstorm with yourself to identify who the stakeholders are in this project. You should be able to identify at least four stakeholder groups.

Draw a power$-$interest grid and plot the stakeholders in one of the four quadrants on the grid. Using Excel, make a stake holder register $/$ communication plan using the template on the next slide.

Write at least one full sentence in each column for each stakeholder. $($An example of an entry in the stakeholder register is provided on slide $24.)$
