It is based on what you have learned, experienced, explored, shared, and reflected on. DE LIVERABLES AND FORMAT Your leadership development story will include the theme a I . Th '5 '5 y o u r S'tlU ry of development, transformation, and self-awareness. Create a story about your personal development and make it engaging and interesting. Put yourself in the story with enthusiasm and energy both in what you have to say and how you say it. Your story will include a beginning [where you started], a middle (what you learned about yourself and leadership), and an ending {how what you learned will make a difference to you as a leader}. You are encouraged to be creative. Try using song, dance, metaphor, or other artistic representation of your journey. Don't be afraid to take risks. Build your story from your course work {Leadership Development Plan, Group assignment, Reflections, Text, Classes, etc.) and reference specific situations of leadership from your past use examples which are a great way to help tell a story. It can be live or recorded but must be presented during class. If recorded, use animation, video, a collection of pictures, etc. use a digital medium that is engaging and brings multiple elements such as image, music, text and/or voice together to tell a compelling story. DEVELOPING YOUR PERSONAL ' Your story has a Beginning, Middle and Ending. The mood and tone of your story are set at the beginning and should be oonsistent throughout.
