Objective

In this project, we are going to use MS Access to practice how to run SQL queries that help transform data into information

to support managerial decision making.

Task

You are given a database in a MS Access file called 'Clinic' that contains data collected in a physician practice. The physician

hired you as a data analyst to answer questions the physician needs answers to in order to help her make business

decisions that will help the practice grow.

For each of the queries listed, include in your response $($a$)$ a screenshot of the SQL screen showing the SQL command

that was run and $($b$)$ a screenshot $($or equivalent$)$ of the results generated.

Number your answers corresponding to the query number.

Once completed, upload your assignment in MS Word document file to Blackboard.
