Objective: personal Code of Conduct. This requires you to develop a list of rules that need to be honoured by your actions on a day-to-day basis. This personal Code of Conduct will serve as a reminder of what is important to you. The code itself should be a maximum of one page in length. Don't make your code exhaustive. Make it meaningful! You will not be assessed based on quantity, but on whether the statements are clear, articulate and reflective of your values. Use simple and concise language that is your own. You are encouraged to use examples if this helps with clarification of your statements. They highlight your contributions achievements. 10 Value Identification (B1) Were values clearly identified? Did values clearly flow from eulogies? 5 Code of Conduct (B2) Code of conduct was clearly developed from the identification of Values in B1. Written in simple and clear language. Maximum of 1 page in length and was comprised of 5-10 statements. Included examples where clarification was necessary. 15 Organization and Formatting Were headings and Subheadings used to identify key subsections? Was the report written in a professional tone and format? Did the authors thoroughly proofread the report so that no grammatical or spelling errors were made?
