Objective To provide you with an opportunity to provide an opportunity for the audience to ask questions. Equipment Access to a group of peers (approximately three to five persons) needed A suitable space for the presentation Access to appropriate technologies and presentation equipment. This activity will need to be observed. The assessor has a checklist of criteria they will base your assessment on. Following on from Activities 48 and 4C, you must present your materials to a small group of peers. To do this, you should first prepare your script and practice your delivery - approximately one hour will be allowed for this preparation. You must then introduce and explain the presentation to the group and deliver your points logically and clearly. You should deliver this with your presentation materials (according to the purpose) in an engaging manner. You should think about tone and style, and if needed, adapt this to sult the audience. Your presentation should last between ten to fifteen minutes. Once given, you must then invite the audience to ask questions in a questions and answers session (approximately fifteen minutes has been allowed, but this length of time may not be required)
