    • Evaluate the potential for success for this company.
    • I would suggest you heavily leverage the course textbook in your analysis in determining what constitutes a strong and viable business plan.
    • Include at least 4 external academic sources to support your research and analysis.
    • The analysis should be concise (5-7 pages in length) and should include:

  2. executive summary
  3. introductory description of the venture
  4. industry analysis
  5. determination of their unique value proposition
  6. an evaluation of the companys marketing plan, operational plan, and financial plan
  7. risk assessment (what risks do they face)
