Of the six distinct coaching types: Business coaching for senior leaders, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Behavioral Coaching, Organizational Change Coaching, and Strategic Coaching, I have written the scenario and now I am trying to use these coaching types

Scenario: The Acme Agency is set to merge with its longtime rival Anvil Corporation. Senior leadership for both companies has been tasked with meeting their staff, consolidating departments, and developing a new business structure so that the company can aim for taking the leap with a new direction in their industry and aim for becoming one of the "Big Three" players in their respective industry. As the business coach to senior leaders, my goal is to aid my clients in evaluating their leadership skills (for the sake of the merger) as well as finding ways to increase performance for the newly restructured company in conjunction with developing the best strategy for processing any layoffs that may occur due to the merger. As the Business Coach, I will be employing the G.R.O.W. modality tohelp the transition of the merger. The G.R.O.W. model stands for Goal, Reality, Option, and Will. G.R.O.W. encapsulates asking what the end aim of the senior management is (goals), what is the real-world factors for ideas and indicators for success (reality), what are the options for success and what does that look like when thinking about goals, the process, and the environment of the workplace, and lastly what is needed from the coach to aid in success as well as what does management need to will the team to success (will) (London Premier Centre, 2023).
