Okay I just asked this question and the answer I recieved works, but the arrays need to be entered in by the USER. I need to take two different arrays of 8 numbers from the user, then check those numbers to see if they have the same multiplicities. Also, a requirement for this is to not use global variables, so please refrain from doing so. Here is the question:

E6.10 Write a function bool same_ elements(int al, int b[l, int size) that checks whether two arrays have the same elements in some order, with the same multiplicities. For example, 49 16974911 and 1149 169 749 would be considered identical, but 14916974911 and 1111 79164149 would not. You will probably need one or more helper functions
