On 17 July 2021 Jessy offered to sell her car, a Honda Jazz to Michael for RM60,000. Michael offered to buy it for RM50,000. Jessy refused to sell at that price. On 25July 2021, Soda came to see the car and offered to buy it for RM58,000. Jessy accepted Soda's offer.

With reference to the Contracts Act 1950 and any decided cases, advise Jessy as to whether there is a valid contract with Michael and Soda.
