You are working at a local John Readings store and delivering the products you identified in the plan to customers. For this task you need to select one of your products (books) and conduct a role play with a customer who has entered the store to find out more about the product. At the end of the role play you need to secure the sale, having applied effective customer service skills which align to the John Readings vision and the plan you have created. To complete the role play, seek the assistance of a colleague, family member or friend to play the role of the customer. Brief them on the role play (purchasing one of the books you identified in your plan) and have them play the role. Your role play must be video recorded and will need to be 15 minutes in duration.
