One article must be a research study that includes the following categories: 1. The purpose of the research; 2. Research question/s; 3. Findings and relevant data; 4. Any recommendations and; 5. The importance to leadership.

The study/articles must be:

• Recent (no more than 8 years old)
• North American
• Relevant to current leadership issues
• Professor approved and relevant to the topic chosen (no duplicate articles)

Once you have selected your articles and have received professor approval:

• Review and summarize the content based on the 5 categories identified above
• Identify how this research might influence or support healthcare leaders
• Compare the strengths and weakness of the 2 articles based on the principles of evidenced-based practice.
• Develop and deliver a 10-minute presentation to the class, using a maximum of 15 slides, of which 1 must be key concepts, and 1 must be a reference page using Conestoga APA.
