The solution I think is correct: No, because there are more than 2 possible outcomes for each observation. The binomial distribution isn't applicable for this case, it would apply when each observation has only 2 types of outcomes. In this problem X is indicating the age which doesn't fall in this category.

2. Manager of a local coffee shop is counting the number of orders until he gets 5 "pumpkin spice latte" on a selected day with the intension of finding out the demand for this newly introduced beverage. If X is the number of orders at the store until he sees 5 "pumpkin spice lattes", does X has a binomial distribution? Explain why or why not.
