One of the Automotive OEM company maintains the following hierarchy of document classifications to access information.

Top Secret $->$ Highly confidential $->$ Low confidential $>$ Important $>$ UNCLASSIFIED.

A subject with a Low Confidential clearance is allowed access to objects classified as low Confidential or lower but not to objects classified as Highly confidential.

Please recommend suitable rules for confidentiality and Integrity incase of reading and
