Please appraise these statements: f) Islam has forbidden the non-commercial Riba only as it leads to injustice. g) Non-commercial loan was ONLY existing in the time of Prophet (SAAW). Banks were non-existing at that time. By the definition, Riba is ONLY forbidden if it creates an unjust burden on the poor consumers. For a big profitable and lucrative business, it can be allowed. j) Conventional bankers argue that the Riba has not been clearly defined in Quran, therefore it cannot be exactly defined and applied in banking transactions and can be termed permissible.
