2. Recruiting How will you recruit job applicants? Think carefully about how you will reach the types of people you are trying to recruit.
3. Selection Once you've attracted a pool of candidates, you must determine which applicants possess the qualifications necessary to be successful on the job. Based on the job description you created, identify the job specifications and selection methods for the server position.
