One sentence business plan exercise

Goal: To become familiar with the elements of a business plan. To start thinking like an entrepreneur.

Directions: For this exercise, you will draft a "one sentence" business plan. You will select a business in which you are interested and craft a short business plan. This plan should be for a new business startup. For each of the major elements of a business plan, you will draft one sentence that summarizes that element of the plan. You will complete the chart below by entering one sentence for each business plan element.

Business Overview: A one sentence description of your business.
Marketing - Product: A one sentence description of the product or service you will be selling.
Marketing - Pricing: A one sentence description of your pricing strategy.
Marketing - Distribution: A one sentence description of how you will get your product to the customer.
Marketing - Promotion: A one sentence description of how you will promote your product.
Operating Plan: A one sentence description of your operations. How will you produce your product or service?
Human resources plan: A one sentence description of the staffing you will need for your business.
Financing: A one sentence description of how you will fund the first year of operation of your business.
Executive summary: A one sentence summary of your business plan.
