For example: An employee can sleep well at night knowing that as they get older, if someone is younger and faster than them it doesn't mean that the job is always going to pick the older employees first for budget cost. Another example: allowing workers to join the union and union requirements when taking jobs that provide a union. Then automatically making employees to join the union and contracts. The bad thing is that when you join a union some of all your hard earned money goes to the union.
