OPM TEST Thank you for your interest in a position at the National Security Agency (NSA). At NSA, we hire intelligent and imaginative critical thinkers who can contribute innovative ideas to solve our most difficult challenges. To that end, we ask that you complete a set of online tests so we can learn more about you. The tests can be completed via a high speed or broadband internet connection at home or at another quiet, controlled location such as a library. The online tests will take up to 90 minutes to complete, although most applicants finish in less time. For the greatest chance of success, we suggest that you give yourself enough time to complete the entire set of tests without interruption in a quiet location, free from distraction. Your results will be valid for 6 months from the date you complete the tests. You will not be able to retake the tests for that 6 month period.
