Organizational Change You are a global printing company with employees located in Canada and five countries throughout Europe. Currently, your global procurement team is located in Germany and handles all capital purchases of production equipment for all facilities within the company. It has been decided that the global team will now only purchase print equipment for all sites, and the local procurement teams will need to purchase their own post-print equipment (ie. Cutters, Laminators and Coaters). The Leadership team is concerned about this transition as the local procurement team is not familiar with current cutter, coater and laminator suppliers and the sales contacts. Your team has been tasked to implement a change plan to ensure a smooth transition in this procurement purchasing change. Things to consider and include in your presentation but not limited to: How will you communicate the plan? When? How will you monitor effectiveness of the change?
