ou are the Senior school aged care Coordinator at the local PCYC after school care centre. It has recently come to their attention that a particular child is being bullied over their religious beliefs and commitments. You have observed that there is one particular child that appears to be instigating the bullying and you would like to address the issue promptly. While you will have to take up the matter with the instigator of the bullying directly, you should also like to remind the student body as a whole of the behaviour management policy of PCYC. The PCYC centre has a three written warning system to address inappropriate behaviour. In the case of three warnings issued, the child will be suspended from the service until the Coordinator and educators are satisfied that there is not likely to be any further behavioural problems. To address the matter with the offending student, you will have to call a meeting with the parents/providers of the student. During the meeting you will issue the child with a written warning that the parents and yourself will sign. You will also provide the parents with a copy of the centres behaviour management policy, and explain that the behaviour is not tolerated.
Based on the above scenario,
Task 1:Explain, if any, what additional actions you would take with the offending child to promote positive behaviour.
