At this point, the interviewer should note the interviewee has indicated that as a child he had all that he needed. His expressed desire was for his children to have everything that they wanted. His expressed pressuremotive was for them to have just that all that they wanted without even having to ask for it He was willing to do whatever it took commit fraud to make sure they had all their even unexpressed wants met. For them not to have their wants met and for him not to be seen as that kind of person was, for him, a world out of control. The way to restore order in his world was to commit fraud and thus obtain more money.
