Our team considered following 4 projects that were taken from Bluewater Health as a major project in infrastructure Ontario Project Repository. 

A. A new emergency department, three times the size of the former department. 

B. A surgical center with eight new operating rooms and four new procedure rooms. 

C. 52 additional acute care beds, increasing the hospital's number of acute care beds by one third. 

D. A bridge connecting the new addition to the existing building. 

Out of these above-mentioned projects, we selected the first project, A new emergency department, three times the size of the former department, by the help of weighted scoring model as this project met our criteria the most as compared to the other three projects. The criteria we set for the selection of a project are Budget, Quality, Time, Scope, Resources, and Risk.
